For shipments to the rest of Switzerland and abroad, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

All KOLTURE products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing and material defects.

You have 14 days from receiving your product to request a return, in accordance with Swiss consumer protection regulations.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

To ensure maximum longevity of your KOLTURE products, we recommend following these maintenance guidelines:

• Clean regularly with a damp cloth after each use
• Air dry away from direct heat sources
• Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods
• Store in a cool, dry place
